4/21/25 Why lift weights when you can lift furniture?

Hey, all!

This last week was eventful. First we moved apartments so we alongside another set of elders and the housing senior missionaries moved all the furniture to the new apartment. the amount of stuff that needed moved was underestimated so it ended up being almost exclusively the furniture and larger items. The rest of the day was spent going back and forth moving the rest of the miscellaneous items. The other highlight of the week is that we talked to this really cool guy named Miguel with his ball python named Snàké (sna-kay). The bonus to Miguel's story was that we were able to get him to attend a baptism that the Foxboro elders were having. When we encountered trouble getting a ride for him we decided to check with another friend of ours Jayson who is really chill but unpredictable... was home and willing to give him a ride. Even better they knew each other because they both lived in that area for a good long while. That was a cool chain of miracles.

Seeing that it was just Easter first of all happy easter y'all. Secondly, Gary E. Stevenson in the most recent conference in his talk "And We Talk of Christ" deconstructed the symbol of Christ and said "We truly celebrate the resurrected, living Christ, even in the use of the Church symbol." Sidenote He is Risen is a great Hymn.
