8/11/25 Reigniting Clearlake

Hey, all

It was a long yet not too uneventful week. Transfers happened and I took the wheel. Literally as I am now the designated driver. It is an interesting experience driving after awhile without. But I'm surviving, haven't crashed yet.
Other than playing a little too long with cats and getting scratched I'm doing well physically. It is surprising how busy you can get in a week, but we have gotten quite busy. We are getting a little bit of a heat wave hitting 100s for a few days. I'm praying for cooler weather soon.
Also, last Sunday's fire as I arrived here I have seen the aftermath and talked to some people who lived close to where it burned. It was hectic and I was lucky to not have been here. The city was blessed by the fire passing away from the city and the fire crews were able to protect the town as well. The most important people during fire season is those who fight the fires.
All in all I hope you have a great week sorry for the short message.

Love yall,
Elder Hsu
