11/14/25 When it rains it pours
Good day all,
Elder Hsu here from the beautiful Santa Rosa mission in the city of Santa Rosa. This week saw a good ammount of rain roll in for the last few days. And when you are biking to and fro you become a lot more immersed in it than I initially thought. I was grinning and laughing in the cold and rain because it has been forever since I had familiar weather. (Elder Payne might think I'm crazy... maybe I am just a little bit)
This last week was fairly uneventful with Friday being a day where we got a car for the day along with an Elder from mission leadership (AP). So we got tons more work done when travel was much less of a trouble. And then on Sunday one of the recent converts that Elder Payne has worked with for a long while got the Preishood and a temple recommend, so that is in the books for this upcoming week to visit the temple with him for his first time.
I hope you all have a safe and warm start to the week as the weather moves colder.
Adios,
Elder Hsu
