5/18/26 I almost died

Good day all,

All in all the week was fun with many exciting events happening along the way. The weather has been heating up even more bit the sea breeze helps a lot. 

This week had a lot of fun things, we were joined by one of the AP's who coincidentally was the Elder who trained Elder Reese. The two of them talked nearly exclusively in inside jokes for the day and I was the one driving. In terms of the work that day, it was actually really fun. It's just playing third wheel in the area that I'm serving in was a really funny experience.

Then multiple fun things happened on Saturday for 1 1st thing in the day, one of the members took us to this nice place for breakfast, and we had heaping portions.And that I then joined one of the bike elders in their area for the day , although one of them had been hit by a car, he is fine, but his mic was not. So we were walking the entire day because of how absolutely huge breakfast was. We decided to skip lunch because we also had the promise of a lot of Pizza for dinner from a different member.  So we walked off all of breakfast and got a lot of good work done out on the streets, and then in the evening we and the other elders feasted on 3 full pizzas!

Also this is where the part where I almost died came in cause, as as we were just walking along, we were actually crossing the street. All of a sudden, I looked down, and there's a snake coiled up pulled back, in attack position as well. So the both of us very reasonably jump and back away from it then we go like, wait a minute, it's in the middle of the road, it'll die. So we go and get like a long branch and use that branch to pick it up and chuck it off the road into the side brush. We out here save lives both human and not. For those of you who are snake experts look at the pic and you can tell me if we would have died if it bit us.
