5/25/26 Chaos and Craziness on another level

Hello all!

This week, cooled off thankfully and we had a lot of fun and wild events happened this week.We had so many things happen that we just didn't plan for didn't account for but it was fun.
The first events to kick off this chain of events was that's the SIM card in our phone stopped working straight up, just didn't work anymore. So we had to like, go to the church and eventually borrow the SIM card from some other missionaries to sort out the problem. It was a rather unique task of doing the missionary work without network connection due to how many digital tools that we have. This makes me appreciate how much I'm doing the missionary work now, with technology versus having maybe ten twenty years ago when it was just pen, paper and pure grit.
And then the very next day there was a bunch of chaos in the city. There was a bunch of different events that cops were going to and fro. We were running late to a lesson and,  we run into police barricade, they had set up for a crime that had just barely happened before we had been passing through. So, if we had been running on time, we would have maybe been on the scene of the crime. God's timing is real and it is perfect.
And then this is the 3rd day in a row that there is a big event that happened. We show up for our first lesson and the abandoned school building across the street has just like 5 fire engines parked outside of it with firefighters like slowly leaving the scene, we go over and ask and they say that a fire started in the school, probably a homeless person at 1 AM in the morning and they had been there for nearly 9 hours.
Other than those three events , the week went fairly smooth and there was a lot of fun to be had. Many of the members that were experienced like health problems or other things as due to the seasons, changing are starting to recover. So they are super gung-ho about helping us out or giving us food and just generally being a blessing to us missionaries.
Be sure to take care of yourself and to stay warm if you're cold or stick cool if you're warm and have a very blessed week.

Bye,
Elder Hsu
